I purchased the Ark jockey wheel based on the adjustable height and twin wheels. Very happy with the ease of the height adjustment and ease of pushing my camper around on concrete. The gravel and dirt test is yet to come.
The serious negative for me, is the location of the pin handle that pulls out allowing for the adjustment in height and or, folding/stowing away the jockey wheel. I find it exceptionally awkward to pull as it is too small for a full hand to grab it and it is on the left hand side towards the hitch and tow vehicle.
