All orders are processed within 3 business day. Longer processing times will occur during public holidays and holiday periods

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
A Shipment confirmation should be received once the order is placed and confirmed. Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch of goods from our warehouse.
If your items are out of stock,we will contact you via Email or Phone to discuss your options.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Ark Corporation is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Ark Corporation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
