I thought I was up for a complete new Jack until I contacted ARK via their website. The kit came with instructions and only took a few minutes to fit. Great to be able to repair and not have a throw away item
Excellent and prompt service
Ordered this after an accident where I bent my handle and pin. Ark were super helpful providing instructions both via email and when receiving the items. Would use again (hopefully not needed) and would recommend.
As its been over 10 Days and I still haven’t got them yet, Caravan still not usable, lost in mail. replacement arrived and has been installed – I needed to put a washer (not supplied) as a spacer to help aline cogges – now works better than wen it was new.
