The original blue cap on my ARK XO 750 jockey wheel degraded and fell apart in the sun.
This was a direct replacement for it. I definitely could have purchased some generic widget to fill the hole but where I can, I prefer OEM parts to keep things looking tidy.
I was impressed that spare parts are offered for this component as that’s becoming a rare thing.
It was shipped in good time, purchase and shipping process were well communicated and the part fitted.
So all in all, a 5 star experience.
