The handle was of high quality but it turned out to be the wrong one for the ARK jockey wheel I have. I rang ARK and spoke to Vernon who was super helpful. Within minutes a replacement handle was organized and on the way to me with no questions asked. Vernon was also including a reply paid bag to return the first handle received. Great customer service.
